Our Fit Club is a free service we offer to help you with your wellness goals. A positive group workout experience, led by certified & trained instructors. You will always find our Nutrition Bar open before the workouts to pre-order any drinks to be ready for you immediately following class.
**CARDIO DANCE: Monday's: 6:00pm-6:45pm
A fast paced, fun workout that includes dance moves that include cardio and strength, taught by our certified Zumba instructors, Brandy Beaumont and Sandy Tomaszewski Bevers.
**YOGA: No yoga classes at this time; stay tuned!

At each Fit Camp, along with your workout, we like to give you tips about healthy eating to meet your goals. We also have our nutrition bar opened for pre- and post workout drinks.
